Applied Research International Conferences (ARICON) U.K has developed a strategic partnership with FHM University Germany to conduct this exclusive conference.
The university campus is situated in the city of Bielefeld. Basically, Bielefeld is a university city with around 35,000 students with numerous faculties, and extensive research and development opportunities.
Bielefeld is home to the headquarters of the medium-sized technical college and thus the largest campus with currently over 1,800 students and offers ideal conditions for your studies. The location is in the Gundlach-Carrée in a central location in the city center of Bielefeld. The tram can be reached on foot in two minutes and the pedestrian zone in just five minutes.
The building in which the FHMis located is modern and offers the students an ideal learning atmosphere. In addition to the excellent technical equipment, the students are also offered their own MEDIA.CAMPUS. This has a TV.STUDIO, an AUDIO.STUDIO, a NEWSROOM, and a DESIGN.STUDIO.
Bielefeld is also home to many well-known medium-sized companies. In addition to the food and beverage industry, the clothing industry and the chemical industry play a major role. On the other hand, large corporations from the fields of media, energy, and mechanical engineering are located in the vicinity. During your studies, you not only benefit from guest lectures with business professionals, numerous practical projects, and excursions, but you can also gain initial experience in the company during your studies in practice (SiP).
A personal atmosphere, lively lectures, lots of practical contacts, and studying that is fun – that’s what stands for FHM. And that also in the Corona period. Virtual reality, digitization, and sustainability are topics that we have had in mind for a long time and that is particularly important in these times.
Prof. Dr.Anne Dreier| Rector & Managing Director
Five Key Characteristics Of Research & Development At Fhm, GERMANY
Application orientation: Research on the FHM turns to the specific questions and challenges of medium-sized companies. The research results find direct input into corporate practice as well as into those of the economic and social partners.
Profiling: The focus on SME-relevant topics creates sustainable expertise, which in turn is used in follow-up projects.
Interdisciplinarity: The use of knowledge and methods from different disciplines increases the quality of the research results in the sense of a holistic view. Business economists and lawyers, for example, work together to measure bureaucracy costs.
Internationalization: Research and development need an international exchange. In numerous projects, the FHM has demonstrated its international competence and is constantly expanding it.
Internal support structure: The research and development department takes on administrative, organizational, and scientific tasks. It sees itself as the internal service provider of FHM who accompanies the projects from application to completion.
