ARICON provides an opportunity for academics, practitioners, consultants, scholars, researchers and policy makers with different backgrounds and experience to present their papers in the conference and exchange and share their experiences, innovative ideas, research results, as well as discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

Conference-committee highly encourage doctorate (PhD) and postgraduate students to present their research proposal or literature review or findings or issues in this conference with a very special registration fees.

Case studies, abstracts of research in progress, as well as full research papers will be considered for the conference program for presentation purposes. Listeners and keen learners are also welcomed in a specific category to attend the conference.

Categories of Submissions

ARICON is seeking submission of papers for presentations at the conference in two categories:

Abstract Submission

Presentation based on Abstract:  All submitted abstracts will undergo a blind review. An abstract/proposal between 300 to 500 words, clearly summarizing the arguments, should be submitted before the deadline. The committee normally reaches its decision within two weeks after abstract submission. All abstracts must be submitted in English to ariconferences@gmail.com & Abstract@arintconferences.com All abstracts/proposals will be published online in the conference proceedings with an ISBN, after the conference and uploaded on ARICON website.

Academic Paper Submission/ PPT. Presentation (Optional)

Presentation based on Academic Paper:  All submitted academic papers will be peer reviewed.

Please submit the full academic paper only if your abstract has been first officially accepted by the committee and you are FULLY registered for the conference after paying the registration fee. The preferred length of full paper, including footnotes, is 5,000 words (maximum limit). In general, please confine your paper between 10-12 pages, everything included. It must include an abstract (no more than 250 words) and 3-5 keywords.

  • Author’s autobiographical details should appear as the first footnote of each contribution, and include the name, academic and professional qualifications, institutional affiliation, current title and position of each author.
  • Authors, if not interested to publish full manuscript in the conference proceedings or in the relevant journals, then they may opt to send power-point file of their conference presentation with all key information as Abstract, Introduction, Significance of Research, Objectives, Brief Literature Review, Methodology, Findings, Conclusion, Limitations and Bibliography. Beware that presentation time would be 15 to 20 minutes.
  • A paper/ppt. should be submitted before the deadline, following the Full paper submission guidelines.
  • The committee normally reaches its decision within two weeks after each conference regarding publication of papers. All papers must be submitted and presented in English.

Publication:

All abstracts/proposals will be published online after the conference and uploaded on ARICON’s website. All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed. Papers submitted and presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to their acceptance by the review committee, immediately after the conference. Conference Proceedings will be available to view and download from ARICON’s website. To be considered for publication in the conference proceedings, submitted papers must strictly adhere to our prescribed in-house referencing style that is Harvard Citing and Referencing Style. Each conference proceeding will have a unique digit International Standard Book Number (ISBN) code. All Conference Proceedings are yearly submitted for evaluation and indexing in ISI Web of Science, Web of Knowledge, Thomson Reuters, Elsevier products, SCOPUS, ProQuest, Nielson and Google Scholar. If you want your paper to be considered for publication, kindly submit your full paper before the deadline, following the Full paper submission guidelines.

Conference Proceedings Publication Date: In general, conference proceedings are published within FOUR weeks after each conference.

Later we recommend full papers to our allied journals who possess a range of indexing and archiving which is provided on our website. The publication of paper in journal is subject to the quality of paper and the double blind review report by the journal/s.

    Assistant Director, Sarawak Education Department,
    Ministry of Education, Malaysia.

    Dr. Jarrod, educated at the University of Malaya and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, holds a degree in TESL and a Ph.D. in educational management. For six years he lived and worked in SK St Mark, a rural primary school located in a remote interior settlement of Sarawak where he taught English. Dr. Jarrod worked a further six years as an officer for the district’s education office, overseeing the implementation of myriad federal policies related to literacy in English. In 2020, he transferred to his present post at Sarawak’s Department of Education.     Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al-Shahrani, a Saudi academic and expert in information security and E-learning, has many published research papers, and has received a number of international awards. Dr. Al-Shahrani has been the President of the Arab Open University in Saudi Arabia since 2018. He holds a PhD in Cryptography and Information Security from University of Essex, UK, and a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Networks from the same university.

    Vice Chancellor of Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune, India

    He is in the field of education for over 27 years. He is associated with the India Design Council as consultant advisor. IDC is a national strategic body of Government of India established under the aegis of DIPP. Under the aegis of IDC I am spearheading India Design Mark program in cooperation with Good Design Award, Japan and have been the jury member at Good Design Awards, Japan for 2013, 14, 15 and 17 editions. He has been the jury member for world’s largest student design competition – Taiwan International Student Design Competition in 2015 and 2017.

    He has authored India Design Reports published in 2009, 2011 and 2014. He has been curating the CII NID Design Summit since 2010. In the year 2011, he helped CII initiate the CII Design Excellence Awards and the CII Industrial Innovation Awards in 2014. He has at his credit a report on “Future of Design Education in India” published by the British Council in India.
