
Dr. Anna Wing Bo Tso received her PhD in Applied Linguistics from The University of Birmingham, U.K. She is an Associate Professor of English at The Open University of Hong Kong, where she heads the Master of Arts in Applied English Linguistics and directs the Research Institute for Digital Culture and Humanities. She has published books, refereed book chapters, and peer-reviewed journal articles in indexed journals across Asia, Europe, the U.K., the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Her recent book publications include Digital Humanities and New Ways of Teaching (Springer, 2019), Teaching Shakespeare to ESL Students (Springer, 2017), Academic Writing for Arts and Humanities Students (McGraw-Hill Education, 2016), and Reading the Short Story: A Student’s Guide to Selected British, Irish, and American Works (McFarland, forthcoming).
