Dr. Saed Moghimi
Dr. Saed Moghimi completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at the Department of Civil Engineering in Tabriz University, Iran in 2004 and 2008 respectively and worked as a faculty member at Iran Azad University from 2009 to 2011. He then pursued his doctoral studies and received his PhD degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 2017. During the later phase of his studies he worked as a researcher in the TUBITAK project entitled “Integration of Close Distance Ground Motion Effects to Design Spectra” at Bogazici University – Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute (2013-2017) and also cooperated with Prof. Dr. Sinan Akkar and Dr. Zehra Çağnan in “Jordan Nuclear Power Plant Volcano Hazard Analysis” project. Dr. Saed Moghimi has been working as an Assistant Professor at İstanbul Aydın University since 2017.
