Registration Process Details

Step 1: Abstract/Paper Submission

Who can submit an abstract/paper for the academic conference?

Our academic conferences give opportunity to academics, practitioners, consultants, scholars, researchers and policy makers with different backgrounds and experiences, to present their papers in the conference and to discuss their experiences, new ideas, research results, as well as any practical challenges encountered and/or the solutions adopted during their work. Conference committee highly encourages doctorate (PhD) and postgraduate students to present their research proposal, or literature review, or findings, or issues in this conference with a very special registration fees. Case studies, abstracts of research in progress, as well as full research papers will be considered for the conference program for presentation purposes.

Listeners and Delegations from the same area of interest can also attend these conferences.

Abstract Submission

Presentation based on Abstract: All submitted abstracts will undergo a blind review. An abstract comprised on approximately 450 words, clearly summarizing the arguments, should be submitted before the deadline.

The committee usually reaches its decision within 10 days after abstract submission. All abstracts must be submitted in English, following the Abstract Submission Guidelines.

Academic Paper Submission/ PPT. Presentation (Optional)

Presentation based on Academic Paper: All submitted academic papers will be peer reviewed.

  • Please submit the full academic paper only if your abstract has been first officially accepted by the committee and you are FULLY registered for the conference after paying the registration fee.
  • The preferred length of full paper, including footnotes, is 5,000 words (maximum limit). In general, please confine your paper between 10-12 pages, everything included. It must include an abstract (no more than 250 words) and 3-5 keywords.
  • Author’s autobiographical details should appear as the first footnote of each contribution, and include the name, academic and professional qualifications, institutional affiliation, current title and position of each
    author.
  • Authors, if not interested to publish full manuscript in the conference proceedings or in the relevant journals, then they may opt to send power-point file of their conference presentation with all key information as Abstract, Introduction, Significance of Research, Objectives, Brief Literature Review, Methodology, Findings, Conclusion, Limitations and Bibliography.
  • Beware that presentation time would be 15 to 20 minutes.
  • A paper/ppt. should be submitted before the deadline, following the Full paper submission guidelines.
  • The committee normally reaches its decision within two weeks after each conference regarding publication of papers. All papers must be submitted and presented in English.

Step 2: Notification of Acceptance

Ordinarily, the committee reaches its decision within one week after abstract submission and we issue an acceptance letter to the delegates to register for the conference.

Step 3: Registration

Registration fee includes participation in the conference, publication of the contribution, conference attendance e-certificate, lunch during conference, badge, conference bag and/or conference accessories and coffee breaks.

If co-author(s) is also presenting/attending the conference, each co-author has to register individually for the conference by completing the registration form.

Step 4: Payment

Please note that applications will not be processed without receipt of full payment (in GBP). Kindly duly complete the ONLINE registration using your debit/credit card. Once we will receive the payment, you will receive a confirmation email and ARICON official receipt.

Step 5: Conference

Participants will be notified of the conference venue details and map at least 15 days in advance of the conference. At the conference, all abstract/papers must be presented in English.

Step 6: Publication

Papers submitted and presented at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to their acceptance by the review committee, immediately after the conference, which will be available to view and download from ARICON’s website. To be reviewed for publication in the conference proceedings, submitted papers must strictly adhere to our prescribed in-house referencing style that is, Harvard Citing and Referencing Style. Each conference proceedings will have a unique International Standard Book Number (ISBN) code.

All Conference Proceedings are yearly submitted for evaluation and indexing in ISI Web of Science, Web of Knowledge, Thomson Reuters, Elsevier products, SCOPUS, ProQuest, Nielson and Google Scholar. As per wish of the author, paper will be recommended by ARICON Review Committee to the allied journals with decent Impact Factor. If accepted for publication as per the Journal’s Rules & Regulations/ Policy, the paper will be published in the Journal with ISSN.

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy

    If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place.

    If a registrant is unable to attend, and providing the conference registrar is informed in writing by the final date for payment that as displayed on the website for the event in question, the fee paid can be left with ARICON as payment towards a place at the same event the following year or another ARICON event that takes place in the 12 months following the originally booked event. In the case of a contributing author, the paper will notbe published in the Conference Proceedings if the fee is held over for another conference, but may be eligible for publication in the later event if appropriate.

    Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

    Authors:

    Registrations cancelled as a result of a paper not being accepted are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid. The remaining 20% of the fee contributes to administration costs incurred.

    Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.

    Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.

    Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.

    Failure to register after receiving a paper acceptance following the review process will incur a GBP50 review fee.

    Non-authors:

    Registrations cancelled more than 10 working days before the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a GBP50 administration charge.

    No refunds are available for cancellations made within 10 working days of the event.

    Visa Issues:

    Cancellations from authors made after a failed visa application will be refunded the registration fees paid in excess of GBP200, which covers the costs associated with processing the paper. In this event, the paper will still be published in the conference proceedings and the registrant will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings. Early bird Student registrations are not refundable in this instance.

    Cancellations from non-authors made after a failed visa application will be refunded the registration fees paid less an administration charge of GBP 50 per participant registered providing notification is received within 10 days of the event.

    Important Notes:

    Refunds will be made in the following ways:

    For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded.

    For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.
