The submission of abstracts and full papers are invited for presentation in forthcoming ARICon conferences. Authors can submit abstract of the paper or submit “in progress” theoretical or empirical papers and case studies. Extended abstracts (3 to 4 pages) describing your study are also acceptable in lieu of a full paper. The full paper will go through double-blind review process.
The submissions should be sent by e-mail attachment to:
For Abstracts: firstname.lastname@example.org
For Extended OR Full Papers: email@example.com
Please review the Guidelines for Submission of Abstracts and Manuscripts prior to your submission. When the paper/abstract is received, it will be peer-reviewed by the at least two members of Program Committee. Authors will receive notification by email whether their abstract was accepted, rejected or accepted with reservation. and then required to submit full paper accordingly. After double-blind review process, authors will be notified later whether the paper is accepted for oral or poster presentation as per choice.
Authors of accepted submission will then receive a letter of acceptance and other appropriate instructions. In the case of multiple authors, only the corresponding author will be notified. He or she is responsible for notifying co-authors.
Once your submission has been accepted for presentation, you must register yourself for the oral presentation in the conference. Your allocated time for your presentation and the program schedule will be emailed to you one week prior to the start of the conference. In order for your paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings, you must submit your final revised manuscript before the deadline.
There are two types of presentation:
· Single Oral Presentation
· Interactive Poster Presentation
Single Oral Presentation
This presentation format allows for 15 minutes of individual presentation time followed by a 5 minute discussion session moderated by a chairperson. Each accepted paper will be scheduled in a session of 80 minutes, normally with four presenters.
Interactive Poster Presentation
Dedicated poster sessions will be scheduled in the conference programme. In each of these sessions there will be 15 posters. Each poster in the session will include a graphic presentation of a research study on visual display of size A0 (0,841m x 1,189m) in “portrait” format. Each poster holder will orally present their research in approximately 3 minutes in the area of the poster displays to an audience gathered as a group in front of each poster. The chairperson will organise the interactive poster sections.
